NOTICE OF INTENTION BY A DIRECTOR TO DEAL IN COMPANY'S SECURITIES DURING THE CLOSED PERIOD
Kinsteel Bhd ("the Company") has received notification from En. Shamsudin @ Samad Bin Kassim, being a Director of the Company, that he intends to trade in the securities of the Company during the closed period.

Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of the Listing Requirement of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Kinsteel Bhd ("the Company") wishes to announce that they have received notification from En. Shamsudin @ Samad Bin Kassim, a Director of the Company, that he intends to trade in the securities of the Company during the closed period pending announcement of the Company's financial results for the first quarter ended 31 March 2009.
