KINSTEEL BHD-Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
The Board of Kinsteel Bhd wishes to announce that the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of Kinsteel Bhd will be held at Meranti II, Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort, Telok Chempedak, 25050 Kuantan, Pahang Darul Makmur on Wednesday, 3 June 2009 at 1.00 p.m. or immediately following the conclusion or adjournment (as the case may be) of the 18th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company, which will be held at the same venue and on the same day at 12.30 p.m., whichever is later or adjournment (as the case may be).
