Bursa: NOTICE OF INTENTION BY A DIRECTOR AND SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDER TO DEAL IN COMPANY'S SECURITIES DURING THE CLOSED PERIOD
Kinsteel Bhd ("the Company") has received notification from Dato' Hong Thian Hock, being a Director and Substantial Shareholder of the Company, that he intends to trade in the securities of the Company during the closed period.

Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of the Listing Requirements of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Kinsteel Bhd ("the Company") wishes to announce that they have received notification from Dato' Hong Thian Hock, a Director and substantial shareholder of the Company, that he intends to trade in the securities of the Company during the closed period pending announcement of the Company's financial results for the third quarter ended 30 September 2008.
