NOTICE OF INTENTION BY PERSON CONNECTED TO DIRECTORS TO DEAL IN COMPANY'S SECURITIES DURING CLOSED PERIOD
Kinsteel Bhd ("the Company") has received notification from Dato' Lew Choon and Datin Hong Cheng Guat, being the Directors of the Company that their children, intend to trade in the securities of the Company during closed period.

Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of the Listing Requirements of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Kinsteel Bhd ("the Company") wishes to announce that they have received notification from Dato' Lew Choon and Datin Hong Cheng Guat, the Directors of the company that their children, intend to trade in the securities of the Company during closed period pending announcement of the Company's financial results for the first quarter ended 31 March 2009. The number of securities held by Dato' Lew Choon and Datin Hong Cheng Guat and their children, Ms. Lew Pei Boon and Mr. Lew Weng Chen as at 11 May 2009 are as follows:
